improve cli execution performance
Slow to run chromium.
Add OpenAPI docs gen with annotations
Add Unit Test with Docker Usage
Because of the temperament of Chromium running in specific OSs, errors can happen when kernel has xyz bugs. Therefore specific docker test is required.
move logs to debug
Add Unit Test for pure jar usage (without docker)
Investigate replacement of node chromium usage, and use more pure java impls
Fix Error Message handler to return proper info rather than 123
Add support for configurable type return: PDF, SVG, etc
currently png was hardcoded.
SVG is priority
