drupal-9-project's Issues

DEV | SFTP| Code Commits Failing | Workflow error

Drupal 9 Early Access Program
Site: https://dev-ic-demo-2020-ng.pantheonsite.io/

Customer blocker and customer cannot complete code level changes in DEV environment when in SFTP mode. Using sftp gui client, when customer attempts to commit a code change to theme file it fails to commit with a failed workflow. This is despite cse attempts to use internal tooling to resolve in chat support.

Internal error shown is

"[200] "Successfully queued artifact_install"[500] "Internal error." | failed"

When tail -f php logs during code attempt in DEV env, no php errors logged or available.

Minimum stability

Yesterday @greg-1-anderson and I changed the minimum-stability to stable: #4 but this resulted in composer being unable to complete an install (I think) since Drupal 9 itself is not yet a stable release.

  Problem 1
    - Installation request for internal/upstream-configuration * -> satisfiable by internal/upstream-configuration[1.0.0].
    - internal/upstream-configuration 1.0.0 requires drupal/core-composer-scaffold ^9 -> satisfiable by drupal/core-composer-scaffold[9.0.0-alpha1, 9.0.0-alpha2, 9.0.0-beta1, 9.0.0-beta2, 9.0.x-dev, 9.1.x-dev] but these conflict with your requirements or minimum-stability.

I tried switching minimum-stability to beta and alpha and then got errors related to composer/installers but I don't understand why.

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - drupal/core-recommended 9.0.0-alpha1 requires composer/installers v1.7.0 -> satisfiable by composer/installers[v1.7.0] but these conflict with your requirements or minimum-stability.
    - Installation request for internal/upstream-configuration * -> satisfiable by internal/upstream-configuration[1.0.0].
    - internal/upstream-configuration 1.0.0 requires drupal/core-recommended ^9 -> satisfiable by drupal/core-recommended[9.0.0-alpha1, 9.0.0-alpha2, 9.0.0-beta1, 9.0.0-beta2].
    - drupal/core-recommended 9.0.0-alpha2 requires composer/installers v1.8.0 -> satisfiable by composer/installers[v1.8.0].
    - drupal/core-recommended 9.0.0-beta1 requires composer/installers v1.8.0 -> satisfiable by composer/installers[v1.8.0].
    - drupal/core-recommended 9.0.0-beta2 requires composer/installers v1.8.0 -> satisfiable by composer/installers[v1.8.0].
    - Conclusion: don't install composer/installers v1.8.0

Greg, do you know what's going on here?
