Compare outputs of BayeScan and Lositan to identify loci detected to be under selection by both methods.

Installation & Setup:

This pipeline was written to be run on Unix based operating systems, such as the various Linux distributions and Mac OS X. To get started, clone this project to the desired location on your computer.

The program technically works, but only for my current workflow. It needs modification to make it more generalized and broadly applicable.

Dependencies:

This code was developed with the following packages installed. It may work under other configurations, but no guarantees are provided.

  • R >= 3.4.4
    • optparse library must be installed
  • Python >= 3.6.8
