Not an issue - but looking to develop this repo

Hi Steve,

I'm finalising funding for a FinTech and will be using Blazor. I'm very keen to apply Material Theme and would like my team (to be based in Bristol!!!) to be able to take guidance from you. My objective to to adhere to Google's Material Theme principles and css, rather than to create a Blazored interpretation of Material Theme, if that makes sense.

I am strongly minded to make this an open source project.
