This project allows a user to view,select a given product and add to cart.

Description

For this project, attention has been on the design of user interface. HTML, pure CSS, and javascript have been used to realize the end goal.

Getting Started

This project is hosted hence can be accessed using the link below:

https://ecommerce-platform-two.vercel.app/

To run this mini-project locally, Ensure you have :

• A computer that runs on either of the following; (Windows 7+, Linux, Mac OS)

• nodejs 9.0+ -Json server installed using this command

     npm i -g json-server
  

-Live server installed on Your IDE(visual code) or use this command =>

    json-server --watch db.json 

Installation and setup

To use this repo on your local machine requires some simple steps

• Open a terminal / command line interface on your computer

• Clone the repo by using the following command:

   git clone [email protected]:Stiflerzak/ecommerce-platform.git
  

• This repository is public, hence, can be cloned to local machine

• Spin the server using Live server extention already installed.

• Spin the Json server using this command:

  *json-server --watch db.json*
  

• Visit your browser(Chrome recommended):

     *http://127.0.0.1:5500/index.html*
