Webhook activity: create views

Create some fancy views:

• pending activities
• started activities
• assigned to me or my group
• failed activities
• skipped activities
  *....

(take the existing\ default runbook activity views)

Webhook: banner icon is not displayed.

should be a resource problem.
Gui shows it fine (try setting the properties to resource or embedded resource)

Password is not saved in the connector class instance

the passwordbox wpf control is not bindable. Need to create a workaround

In addition Enable and Disable task are not available either and double clicking the connector instance does not open the configuration page
