I want to be able to install this using pip install plus or something similar, for convenience

plus(1, 2) and plus(2, 1) yield the same result, so this might be able to avoid some calculations.

Python version, package version, and package install count added as shields once the package is recognised on shields.io

Not sure how, but don't use the '-' operator either

Use an incrementer function to avoid the + 1 after the recursion call
