This should be a Twimlet

As nice as it was to learn how to use Redis in a safe, simple context, the fact remains that the core concept of this app is overcomplicated. The correct way to structure this app would be to have the tone sequence to play be a part of the configuration path (ie. a query string parameter), that the users already have to enter to configure their number to respond, and then have to clear to revert.
