Create a TabPanel component with multiple tabs having features such as active index, icons display, custom tab headers etc

Like I said in the title, after clicking outside of it's borders sidebar is still here.
It's because of problem, mouse click makes new tag opacity to appear in element.style. Instead of opacity: 0 attribute display: none should be added .

At the moment, when we start npm run build webpack generate all the file, the problem is related to the name of js dist file, now is app.[chunk].js.
This name does not allow us to set a correct entry point in the package.json ( main: '' )

We can consider to build lib in another way, maybe we can see at build process of Buefy.

Please provide an example of component usage in vue file

The Growl messages hangs the page for long time without displaying the message. This can be replicated in the showcase

The showcase need to be improved in terms of documentation. Each demo example has documentation and source to describe the usage.
