Right now, there isn't much we can do to validate post timestamps, other than checking if the replies' timestamps of a thread were before the op post.
This problem will most likely be addressed with one or multiple message brokers, that keep track of the posts in the system. The database of posts may be published into IPFS, and synchronized. See https://github.com/orbitdb/orbit-db
