生成虚假但更接近真实的新能源车牌用于网络训练
由于新能源车牌采用了定制的字体，现在GitHub上能检索到的虚假车牌项目的字体还沿用了蓝色车牌的数据库。
真实蓝色车牌如下：
可见新能源车牌和传统蓝牌的字体存在很大不同，例如字体2和0。
由于新能源的字体库没有公开，因此本项目是直接讲字体图片黏贴在背景板上，获取字体图片参见：
