Latest Chrome for Mac has user-agent that triggers bad-crawler.rules

The latest Chrome for Mac (Stable, Version 81.0.4044.113) declares user-agent as Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.113 Safari/537.36. Since the version contains 404, it'll trigger (http.user_agent contains "404") in bad-crawler.rules. Maybe this line should be removed.
