The first step was to revert the prod deploy to v2.1.29. I suspect there is a problem in the blacklight release in #2358 that broke the range limit. It is curious that the same blacklight update didn't break the range limit for Searchworks. sul-dlss/SearchWorks@c869e3a#diff-89cade48462044ee1b672dc5f4c3ec250fbd29effcd8932096a23c1283c6731fR83
