看了你的博客园文章。但如果在 InstallSnapshot 函数最后同步把快照放到 ApplyCh 管道里，那么 CondInstallSnapshot 函数可以直接返回 true 了。 实测是通过的。 这样就保证 raft 和 server 安装快照是原子的了
4B似乎没能保证最多只有一个集群会响应某个 shard(无法保证不会出现多个合法副本)
