风向/浪向插值问题

问题：风向/浪向只能沿固定方向插值，例如t0时5°，t10为355°时，t1~t9的插值仅能沿5°~355°方向进行，未考虑5°~-5°的方向，前者显然不够合理。
思路：考虑两个关键点角度值间角度在顺时针/逆时针方向划过角度的范围值，取具备较小角度值范围的方向作为插值的空间范围。
