Check for Python - Conditional processing based on environment

Given a SAS session, when the session is identified as either a Compute or batch session, then appropriate program blocks execute to check for Python available to the session.

Check if a CAS session exists

An active CAS connection is necessary for many custom steps. We need a code snippet which checks if a CAS session is currently active and provide a message if so. If not, and if deemed necessary, an error flag is populated so that it influences downstream code.

Check if Python's active

Python is identified through Proc_Pypath. Proc_Pypath can be obtained from system options to carry out a check whether python exists or not.
