The plinth clause fails DSFG and OSD due to its discrimination against a field of endeavor. The word was changed go gazorninplat, but this discriminates against Jim Davis. It could perhaps be separated into a separate license, called CDL+plinth. This seperate license, which could exist as a diff in this repository, might be considered NOT Open Source, but perhaps Free.

It has been pointed out that specifying things like "half of the employees..." could be unreasonable and might lead to lawyerbombs. We might want to exchange this, along with "two (2) or more persons" in the subsequent condition, with language like "one (1) or more persons".

Simon Phipps pointed out that due to disabilities or religious customs, many people would be unable to perform the chicken dance. In addition, forcing them to produce a video might be an economic discriminator. We might want to implement some sort of "As you are able" language, but in some way that doesn't compromise the legal binding of the license.

Maybe some words should be added about the license of the dance video that is produced by the CDL. Concerns are mainly regarding dance videos that are licensed so that only can view it and not redistribute. All rights should be given to the so that he/she can do whatever he/she wants with it.
