This is the backend of the Bito Assignment

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.

Installation

  1. Clone the repo 
    [email protected]:svandu/BITO_Assignment_SurbhiVandana-be.git

Navigate to our project directory

    cd BITO_Assignment_SurbhiVandana-be

Install npm packages

    npm install

DataBase Setup

  • Make sure MongoDBCompass is running on your local machine.
  • Open the .env-sample file provided in the repository.
  • Copy the contents of .env-sample.
  • Paste the contents into your .env file.
  • Save the .env file.

Development

To start the development server, run:

    npm run dev

our application will be running at http://localhost:8000.
