I'm not sure which version of sphinx this happened in, but somewhere _line_iter was removed. I'm happy to add a fix (it seems to be replacing next(self._line_iter) with self._lines.popleft()) if that's helpful @svenevs and tests etc. too, particularly if you think this is the right way to maintain such a patch. Hi @svenevs, thanks for your efforts here and also in the many discussions on sphinx-doc/sphinx#7077. I think elba is just what I was looking for! Is there a way to install it via pip? If no, would you be interested in releasing it on pypi? Thanks!
