Hello,
i can't build the source, can you share all references please

I'd like to be able to change where the app downloads files to as it my Downloads folder is not where I want to download its file to as my C drive is too small.

Does PS Multi Tools support PS Vita games stored in ZIP folders? I store most of my games as ZIPs as that is the format created by NPS, and it saves on having millions of small files on my HDD.

I tried pointing it at a folder full of zipped PS Vita games, but they were not detected.

pkg-merge.exe does not work as it says there are missing .dll files.

msvcp140d.dll
ucrtbased.dll

Other CLI programs in the tools folder also complain about missing DLL files like zlib1.dll.

Upon adding the 3 missing DLL files pkg-merge.exe now gives another runtime error.

Don't know what else to do.

I already have the MS C++ Runtime libraries installed but that doesn't fix the issues.

The soft crash withou error messages when typing any char in the PS3 Games Downloader. The soft isn't on a strange path (root of a disk in a folder witch don't contain special chars) and I don't have any stranges configurations for my OS. I've just tested this, I don't know if the problem is also present for others consoles. I'm using the V14 version.
