It has been proposed during the IETF process to combine the current 4 document to one as this significantly would help make the review process faster and easier.

The proposed way forward is to include the 3 profiles as Appendixes of the main document and to add a statement that other documents may define profiles that complements, extends or supersedes the present profiles.

In order to translate the SVT validation to an ETSI validation report it is mandatory to have the hash of the time evidence being included in the report.

For this reason we should add an optional hash value to the time evidence to allow support of ETSI validation report generation based on data in the SVT.

This also allows a better secure reference to validated timstamps inside the validated document instead of just asserting that a particular time of existence has been verified.

The example in draft 00 shows a failed signature validation
