Online-Service-Management-System

A web portal through which user can request for service and the company can assign engineers for the service that is requested by the users.

Admin account features

  1. Assign Engineer
  2. Maintain the stock of components available.
  3. See the work report.
  4. See the report for components.
  5. Look up status of all the requests raised by requesters.

There are 2 types of accounts.

  1. Requester account
  2. Admin account

Requester Account

The user will create a requester account to raise a ticket.

Admin account

This account will be created by the company to take action over the services and will also track the components that are available and the sales of the components and the action taken on various requests.
