Just a note that we're working on including tests for gene essentiality in memote, too. So hopefully with the upcoming history report you can also enable automatic essentiality tests simply by providing the data.

I have downloaded this model and did a simple mapping. It can be found that about seven new genes were added into this model compared all its history model. Next I can compare the difference in the gene connectivity between the latest yeast7.6 and iSe926.

great! Just to keep track of it, when you do submit these changes to the repo please make them as a separate commit, citing the appropriate paper in the commit description.

Cheers!

@hongzhonglu I remembered that you mentioned you had gone through these changes already. What about adding them to the curation/gene_rules branch? No need to fork now, you can work directly in the cloned repo. Let me know if you have any questions :)

@BenjaSanchez Presently, the corrections from ise model have been added into our model. I will be on travel in this week. Maybe in next week I can add them to the curation/gene_rules branch.
@Midnighter That is great! We are collecting the related data now.

@hongzhonglu great. Remember to contain those changes to one commit, and mention the reference in the commit's description

@BenjaSanchez @edkerk I have update the gene relation in present model based on iSce926 and pull the request. Can you check it now? If no problem, this issue can be closed.

@BenjaSanchez I have make a new pull request after manual check. So in next week, can you merge all these new requests? If you have any question, we can discuss it directly in the kitchen.
