There could be a filter to show only message that are marked as potential spam or all the message that are likely from newbies or all the messages that are marked.

It would be really nice to be able to see the most recent comments made anywhere on DEV to make it easy to moderate those.

Right now we just have a hierarchical order and if the same author has several posts in the last 24 hours I might click on several of them even though I already reported the author ones.
It would be probably better to have them grouped together even if this somewhat breaks the calendar order.
