Cannot read property 'n' of undefined

I was attempting to use this as a nice mechanism to use file URI dependencies in a package.json but still honor the .npmignore file when I copied up the bundle.

However trying to run this fails:

npx npm-ignore-delete delete -n .
npx: installed 61 in 3.497s
Options:
  -n, --node-modules                                            [default: false]

Cannot read property 'n' of undefined

i assume because this line: https://github.com/ta-stott-oe/npm-ignore-delete/blob/master/code/app.ts#L41

should be:

var op = new nio.DeleteOperation(directory, Verbosity.Normal, false, allowIgnoreNodeModules);
