using MSlib to Convert Excel 2 CSV for office automation
add Ver0.1.160708.2 to Github
this version can deal with the "Excel2CSV" work.this version use .net4.5.2 and Office COM utils.
So the software can`t use on win7 and the processing is not efficient.
I will rewrite the software using NPOI,archive this version on GitHub.
maybe the MSlib for Office is the best choice for me.
create a new thread to do the processing.
