Make create question route
This route requires authentication.
This requires its own issue
This route requires different tabs or sections for creating different questions like dropdown and multichoice.
Each question section should have a possibility to fill in each field of its post json.
The json is to be POSTed to the sapper /question api
Make verri detail issues for hans to close:)

Back button not working
When you press the back button on a question the page turns blank
