Fix/add Unicode support

Make keyboard respond to onscreen events

If you're on a menu: grey out all keys you can't use
If you're inputing numbers (get_quantity()): switch to the number keypad (with plus and minus?)
If you're on top of stairs: add a key next to 'l' for context-specific actions, e.g. '>'/'<'

Get term resizing working

So that when you're in portrait, the whole display is used up; and when you change font size, the term resizes rather than parts of it just being off the screen.
