Boost thread issue about hdblackbird

OK, installed prebuilt boost libs and that works now, next issue

Hi Varomix,

Our current builds use boost-1.65.1 we haven't made the shift for HdCycles to boost-1.70.0, I suspect we will with newer versions of USD (We build against 19.11 and Houdini 18.0's USD build which is also 19.11)

If you still have issues with building against 1.65.1 feel free to reply here.

OK, trying with 1.65.1 now and I get the exact same error, USD builds using their build script fine
