Lazy CUHK fails at the first page. I think it might be caused by changing of XPath or inner structure of the YES button.
Could you check and update the code?

The plugin looks great. Only support Chrome?

For firefox, I'm also thinking to write a piece of GM's userscripts. Can be a lightweight solution.

Some minor glitches of README:

• Workflow section: "keep in mind", boldface format does not effect.
• git git merge develop

Not sure if it is possible but 1Password does have third party integration.
Any interest?
