关于ssl违反协议
您好，我在使用您的项目时，按照规定设置好了url，页码和文件路径，但是程序会报错发生违反协议，以及url 超出了最大重试次数。请问您有解决方案或者建议吗？
报错：
1.ssl.SSLEOFError: EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:1129)
2.requests.exceptions.SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.webofscience.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url:
