Current function does not create user. User is created with name and email as null even when it is passed in query params.

const createUser = (request, response) => {
const { name, email } = request.body

pool.query('INSERT INTO users (name, email) VALUES ($1, $2) returning id', [name, email], (error, results) => {
if (error) {
throw error
}
response.status(201).send(User added with ID: ${results.rows[0].id})
})
}

if i try to do console.log(request.body) in above function then it is returned as null

After making the post request to the post url, the output I am getting is
User added with ID: unknown
