passwords should be stored in encrypted form in sql tables.

as roll no is required for login the website.
you can signup in website with out inputing the roll no.
after submission result show rollno already exist (even no no is provide as input ).
can sign up in the system just by entering captca (which followed the roll no already exist contact admin for more info )

a proper validation on a whole signup page input field is require .

Admin should have the right to approve/decline the registration of anyone who wants to register. This would help in preventing spam. Registration of "class students only" would be approved by the admin in this way.

Captcha is required in signup and login forms to prevent spam.

I think there should be a timestamp against the uploaded CV especially in admin dashboard.
This will be useful because admin would come to know that CV of a particular student has been updated.

Admin should have the option to download multiple CVs by selecting them.
Perhaps, a checkbox to select the CVs can be used and then a download selected button can be used to download the selected CVs
