Baudrate setting?

Hi there - for some reason the marax-adapter is throwing a lot of parse errors and eventually shutting down.
The interface /dev/ttyUSB0 seems to initialize OK.
If I shut down the docker and simply monitor the data streaming from the USB port @ 9600bps, the data coming through looks OK (last few lines in the attached log file). putty.log

Any thoughts of what could be going wrong? Is there a baudrate setting anywhere?

Alpine version 3.8 needed in

I was getting the following on build:
ERROR: Service 'marax-adapter' failed to build : The command '/bin/sh -c chmod +x /usr/local/bin/timestamp-line' returned a non-zero code: 139

I found a similar issue attributed to a newer version of Alpine, if you set FROM alpine:3.8 it seems to work.

No period in my firmware version

My Mara X has firmware version 1.23b and there is no period in the version number in the data when I view it in putty. I’m not experienced enough to know what I need to modify or how to modify to make it work.

Not working on raspberry pi3

Hi tapayne88,
Firstly thanks for your sharing, I just have one question that does it work on pi3? I did step by step following your instruction but couldn't view graph on grafana. When I check message via Putty it displayed the format like the post in Reddit: “C1.19,116,124,095,0560,0". So I don’t know what the problem is with my Marax or pi.
