Add filter to sort roll calls by date because list can become very long hence add dates to rollcalls.

I'm storing the all the data in localStorage so some parts of the program rely on this data to function well. On a different pc from mine or if I start a new working environment in electron, since there's no data in localStorage to retrieve initially, the app crashes and does not work.

App crashes when a roll call is being saved for the first time because the data in state is first empty and so prevState is sort of a null value.

Completed roll call will have the shape of an array of arrays of arrays if roll calls are conducted for all three forms (Form 1, 2 and 3), only two forms or one form twice in a roll but will have the shape of an array of arrays when a roll call is conducted for the first time.
