rand随机数不要每次都用srand初始化

在ransacLines.h的20号之前的版本的问题应该是你每次调用rand之前都调用了srand，这会导致两次随机数有极大概率是相同的（因为两次获得的时间相同，种子相同，获取的第一个随机数也就相同），srand只需要在循环之前调用一次就行了。实测用rand比用c++11的要快一些，当然这里无需安全性之类的，所以用rand就行了。
