Here are the issues with these tables regarding the country landing pages:

These tables clearly were structured for print, not data-crunching. Aside for missing ISO codes, the extra second row and the notes sections at the bottom break the tabular data structure necessary to automate pulling this data into the landing pages tool.

Since these formats are probably still useful for print layout, I recommend creating separate output files for these data with the fixes included.

I was curious why a low-tax EU country like Bulgaria wasn't added to this list, I imagine it would rank extremely favorably

Move extra files to archive directory

1. Rename
2. Change input files
3. Consistency of name throughout

Lowercase and underscores, plain English

This code doesn't seem to do much without the dataset itself. We should include it within this repository, as well as add it to the TaxFoundation/data repository.

Would require that I write code to manually merge it with other years when available.
