0.2.0 Update express version

Update express version to 4.17.1 to address multiple vulnerabilities.

Middleware for parsing and sessions is no longer automatically included and has to be installed seperately.

Switch to keeping the sessions in mongodb since the express default session store is deliberately bad.

version 0.3.x targets

Create a system for automatically tagging images on websites to be downloaded and added to the gallery asynchronously using a browser plugin.

Upgrade mongodb driver

Upgrading the node version from 4.5.1 to 8.11.1 means the server is no longer compatible with the node mongoDB driver being used in the project. Upgrade to and test newer driver versions.

Change CSS to use Bootstrap
