Allow ignoring errors trying to fetch a dynamic form, so that the page still loads. Obviously this would be beneficial in form non-required scenarios.

Suggest ability to add options as

$question->addOptions([ 
'value1' => 'Text1',
'value2' => 'Text2',
// ...
]);

Currently the method will just use the 'Text1' and 'Text2' as option and null as the value.

Saves time vs.

$question->addOption('Text1', 'value1');
$question->addOption('Text2', 'value2');
// ...

When adding custom values the vue component doesn't use them as the selected value.
