I went through and tested the students websites on microsoft edge. They still adjusted to screen size well even the students who didn't have homepages. I didn't run into any issues opening their sites on Microsoft Edge Browser.

Wanted to let you know all looks good in Opera, but did notice at smaller screen size, the welcome text and feature products disappear. Also noticed welcome text links to terms of use. Disregard if that's how it's meant.
