Summary

This code implements an ontology for a mass vaccination program. Sample data is provided based on the COVID-19 vaccine scenario.

Background

Several vaccine management solutions came to market during COVID-19. As the pandemic and vaccination effort continued, the number of vaccine authorizations expanded to a complexity no longer manageable by the procedural workflow tools shipped with these solutions. There became too many possible states.

Solution

This code implements a class model focused on the act of vaccine authorizations recurring.
