Files in /data/ all created using R/dat_proc.R, unless otherwise noted

  • grdave.RData grid analyses of year/site match combos for average differences of all stations in TB, for evaluation of all differences section in ind_eval.Rmd

  • grdavemanu.RData grid analyses of year/site match combos for average differences of all stations in TB, similar to grdave.RData but addition of subsets by bay segment, early/late/full time series, and only 5/10 combos for slice and mtches

  • grdsres.RData grid analyses of year/site match combos for different bn models, created in R/source_me.R

  • map.RData base map for plots in all_eval.Rmd created in same file

  • restdat.RData restoration projects combined

  • reststat.RData location of restoration projects combined

  • rndsims.RData nested tibble of results for random simulations

  • tb_seg.RData sf object of Tampa Bay segments

  • wqdat.RData TB water quality data by site, date, var, val

  • wqmtch.RData Match between water quality stations and restoration site locations, for manuscript

check sub_eval results

Lots of missing data in pre-1994, also could only match to two nearest of each restoration project type

The TBEP shiny server is now updated, and is once again serving the restorebayes ind_eval.Rmd file correctly. The direct link is http://shiny.tbeptech.org/restoreTB/ind_eval.Rmd (let me know if you wanted a different path). Also, I synced the TBEP shiny server's files for this project to this Git repo today.

If you wanted to update the Git files/description/links to this new server address, all should be working fine now.

manual word doc edits before resubmission

  • double space
  • title page format
  • refs - reformat some manually that start with abbreviation - GMFMC, GCERC 2013 and 2016, NRDA, SWFWMD, TBEP, RDCT, NASEM
  • refs - make sure all fields are present for uncommon bib types
  • remove table tags on some
  • remove figs, save as separate files
  • tables one per page unless two can fit
