Add formatting with cls files for html output

Once the csv file is converted to bib, add RMarkdown file that processes all references with zotero cls file, converts to html for upload to website. Could even do as CRON job through Travis.

Link URLs to each record

Add to the url field in the csv, could do by scraping links off existing website. Not sure if this is worthwhile since stuff on tbeptech.org will be migrated?

create test for changed rows

This should be incorporated into the daily build to check if manual entry screws up row orders or text entries. It will likely catch purposeful changes but these can be ignored.
