fretboard's Issues

Missing fret number label

In the last two example outputs of TUTORIAL.ipynb (showing the first 5 frets with a C chord labeled), fret 5 does not show it's fret number below the display. This might be due to how the fmax argument is handled.

Rename class name Major to Diatonic

The Major scale class is more accurately the Diatonic scale (since it takes an optional mode argument).

  • Rename class Major to Diatonic.
  • Derive Major from Diatonic for convenience.
  • Support names modes (e.g., "Phrygian") for the mode argument.
  • Change base class of Minor to Diatonic.
