Redesign butterCups const

This recipe breaks the convert recipe function. Need to redesign how I approach it

1/3 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup thickened cream
110g CADBURY dark chocolate melts
250g Philadelphia block cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Kraft crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup thickened cream, extra, softly whipped

Some recipes use fraction symbols which don't play nice with math functions in JS such as eval, Number(), Math.Round etc

8 ounces good-quality chocolate 
¾ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
