Derived track properties are lost in pair

In each event, derived_tracks are being copied to particle_collection in analysis::fill_particle_collection(track_cut* cut, track_collection* src, particle_collection* des) in which the particle constructor using base track is invoked. Properties of derived track are lost. This is critical as we need the extra properties to customize pair cut (e.g. pair are not coming from neighbouring detectors, etc, ...)

  • work around is for user to modify base class track but it is not ideal.
