As per AprilTag's coordinate system, y axis should be down (East-Down-North) but Hawkeye y increases when you move up (East-Up-North).

Should include team_number, static_ip (optional), camera_name

Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'void android.widget.Switch.setOnCheckedChangeListener(android.widget.CompoundButton$OnCheckedChangeListener)' on a null object reference at com.team4099.hawkeye.computervision.ComputerVisionActivity.onCreate(ComputerVisionActivity.java:172)

Should also rewrite ComputerVisionActivity to Kotlin so null pointer exceptions don't crash the app.

wpimath uses numbers which should be included in c++17 and c++20 but it isn't. Look to see if we can include numbers and avoid changing wpimath code. Short term fix to this was just going through and replacing all uses of std::numbers::pi to an approximation of pi.
