Restoring reply-to and sender address from database object fails

The getSender() and getReplyTo() methods do not correctly restore the email address from JSON-encoded strings as delivered by the database. This is because EmailAddress::from() does not recognize JSON strings.

The checkTable() method is now part of the DAO base class which requires a slight variance of the setup.

Refactor so that MailMode is a new class

Restructure mail modes so that MailMode is a new class that is responsible for reconfiguring the mail to be sent according to its settings. This will open the possibility to define custom mail modes and even change behaviour of existing modes.
