Suggest renaming repo

With Solder 1.0.0 coming down the line we should rename this repo to something slightly more descriptive and specific. My hope is that we'll be able to provide client libraries for multiple languages (at a minimum PHP and JS seem necessary for our own internal products).

So, on to the name. There are two suggestions either one is equally valid in my opinion, just a matter of which the group/community things makes more sense:

technicpack/solder-client-php

Any future libraries can easily expand on the convention:

technicpack/solder-client-js
technicpack/solder-client-python
