Check user states with continuous loop

Run parallel with #14 – continue to hold state between games via a loop. More details TBA.

Consolidate event, window, and state management

• Move numeric inputs from main.cpp to game.cpp.
• Change getPlayerInput switch cases to if/else statements.
• Explore limitations of events through SFML documentation.

Resolve networking issues

Player vs. player or player vs. computer.

Start with console input (a bet, call, raise, & fold) with output displayed graphically. Transition to SFML graphical user input depending on time constraints.

Add checking functionality

Establish key differences (command pairs?) to differentiate between checking and folding depending on an increased or constant dollar amount.
